The Centre for Management Development (CMD) invites applications from qualified and competent candidates to various posts at Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) on Permanent basis.

1.Project Management Executives and Management Executives (finance)

• The place of training may be anywhere in Kerala and the appointment will be for a period of two years on contract basis.
• Management reserves the right to call only a limited number of persons for the interview & assessment after shortlisting.

2.1 Junior Consultant ( Civil )-Full time
• Candidates with Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with proficiency in MS Office and Auto CAD
• Experience: Govt. servants retired in a post not below the rank of Asst.Executive Engineer having 25 years of hands on experience of which minimum 20 years in Government service having experience in Civil Engineering field such as Estimation, Construction (Site Supervision), tendering, Billing etc.
• Job Description: Preparation/verification and scrutiny of estimates/ bills, site supervision, on site checking of measurement with respect to approved estimates and quality as per specification.
• The appointment will be purely on contract basis.
• Screening of applications will be with reference to qualification and experience.
• The Management reserves the right to call only a limited number of candidates for interview based on qualification and experience.
• Shortlisted candidates will have to submit the original of their credentials before orders are issued in the selection process.
• Depending on qualification and experience compensation/consultancy fee will be fixed.
• Age should not normally exceed 60 years.
• Place of posting will be anywhere in Kerala.

2.2 Senior Consultant (Water Resources)-Part-time
• Candidates with Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 30 years of experience in relevant field with particular focus on field experience may apply.
• Experience: Govt. servants retired in a post not below the rank of Chief Engineer having 30 years of hands on experience in Kerala water Authority/ Irrigation Dept. the applicant should also have experience in executing externally funded projects like JICA, World bank, IDB etc.
• Job Description: Preparation/verification and scrutiny of estimates, designs, site visit as per requirement.
• Screening of applications will be with reference to qualification and experience.
• The Management reserves the right to call only a limited number of candidates for interview based on qualification and experience.
• Shortlisted candidates will have to submit the original of their credentials before orders are issued in the selection process.
• Depending on qualification and experience compensation/consultancy fee will be fixed.
• Age should not normally exceed 70 years.
• Place of posting will be anywhere in Kerala.
