At the FICCI Swachh Industrial Park Awards 2025, two of KINFRA’s key industrial parks—KINFRA Hi-Tech Park, Kalamassery and KINFRA International Apparel Park, Thiruvananthapuram (KIAP)—were honoured for excellence in industrial infrastructure and environmental management.

At the 98th Annual General Meeting and Annual Convention of FICCI held at New Delhi on the 28th of November 2025, KINFRA bagged Swachh Industrial Park Awards 2025 in two categories:

· Year-on-Year Significant Progress for KINFRA Hi-Tech Park, Kalamassery

· Environmental Sustainability Champion for KINFRA International Apparel Park, Trivandrum.

FICCI, responding to Hon’ble Prime Minister’s call for ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’, initiated the ‘Swachh Industrial Park’ campaign and awards to encourage and promote cleanliness in industrial parks in the country. The Awards recognizes those industrial parks that have set a benchmark in cleanliness, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.

The award highlights KINFRA’s commitment increasing world-class industrial ecosystems in line with the goals of the Swachh Bharat mission.

KINFRA’s HiTech Park in Kalamassery and the Integrated Industrial & Textile Park (IITP) in Palakkad have been honoured with the prestigious FICCI Swachh Industry Park Awards. Shri. Santhosh Koshy Thomas, Managing Director, KINFRA received the Award from Shri. Piyush Goyal, Hon. Union Minister for Industries and Commerce at 97th Annual General Meeting and Annual Convention held on November 21, 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
These awards celebrate the parks’ exceptional efforts in maintaining cleanliness, efficient waste management, and promoting environmental sustainability. The Palakkad IITP has been recognized as an Environment Sustainability Champion alongside three other parks in the country. Kalamassery HiTech Park has been included in the Infrastructure Champions category, along with two other parks nationwide.
