KINFRA is building a 7.48-acre Mini Industrial Park in Veiloor Village, Chempakamangalam, Thonnakkal, Thiruvananthapuram. With an estimated cost of Rs 193.18 lakhs, the government had approved the development work through G.O.(Rt) No. 933/2023/ID order. The park will be developed by providing basic infrastructure facilities, including power, water, roads and drainage systems. The construction of the compound wall at the Thonnakkal location is complete. The development work of the project is progressing.
