Applicant has to fill up the prescribed application form (FORM A) available at various parks. The applicant also has to prepare a detailed project report highlighting raw materials, process flow diagram, the end product, proposed investment and employment potential. The application shall be accompanied by a processing fee of Rs. 5000 + 18% GST (Total – 5900/-)

Lease period for Land is 30 years, Lease period for Standard Design Factory is 10 years.

Land – On expiry of first 30 years, further renewal in multiples of 30 (maximum 90 Years) can be extended. A processing fee of Rs 5000 has to be remitted for renewal.
SDF – Further renewal on expiry of 10 years by remitting the rent prevailing at the time of renewal.

Unit shall be operational within a maximum time limit of 24 months.

On issuing the Letter of Intimation, the applicant has to remit 10% of the total land value as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) within 30 days. On receipt of EMD, allotment letter will be issued. On receipt of allotment letter, the applicant has to remit 50% of lease premium as down payment within 30 days. If the applicant fails to remit 50% down payment within the time period, the allotment stands automatically cancelled. In the event of cancellation of allotment, 10% EMD remitted by applicant stands forfeited (Non-Refundable)
