Foundation Stone Laid for New KINFRA Headquarters in Edappazhanji
Marking a historic milestone, the foundation stone for KINFRA’s new headquarters at Edappazhanji was also laid by Industries Minister P. Rajeeve.
For the past 33 years, KINFRA has played a pivotal role in shaping Kerala’s industrial growth. After evaluating multiple locations over the past four to five years, KINFRA identified and acquired a 22-cent plot at Edappazhanji, strategically located in the heart of the capital city, as the most suitable site for its permanent headquarters.
This will be the first time in KINFRA’s 33-year history that the organisation will have a dedicated headquarters of its own. The proposed building is designed as a modern, multi-storeyed office complex equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, reflecting KINFRA’s evolving role as a key driver of industrial infrastructure development in the state.
