Tender notice for Office furnishing and air conditioning
Competitive quotes are invited from reputed suppliers for the air conditioning works for the new office space for KINFRA at Sasthamangalam, Trivandrum.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Supply, installation and commissioning of 2 Tonne capacity air conditioners, 5 Nos, as per the specification, including cost of stabilizers, installation charges etc complete. The cost shall include all works required for the successful commissioning of the system as per site condition, all materials, transportation, loading, unloading, labour charges, all necessary electrification works, Civil works if any including making good the damages to the building caused during execution, all taxes etc. All statutory deductions are applicable for the payments.

PAC AMOUNT:
The Probable Amount of Contract for the above work is ` 2,75,000/-
PURCHASE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Tender document (Non- transferable) can be purchased from the office of KINFRA, KINFRA House, 31/2312, Sasthamangalam, Trivandrum – 695 010, on any working days from 13/07/2016 to 19/07/2016 (between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm, up to 3.00 pm only on 19/07/2016) on a payment of `550/- + VAT 5% ( ie ` 580/-).
