Training & Orientation Programme for Newly Joined Employees of KINFRA
KINFRA conducted a two-day Training and Orientation Programme for newly joined employees on 19 and 20 January 2025, aimed at familiarising them with the organisation’s vision, functions, and operational framework. The programme included a welcome address, Managing Director’s address, and department-wise presentations highlighting key roles, responsibilities, and inter-departmental coordination. A session by external experts on Method of Measurement, Bill Preparation, and Contract Management further enriched the programme, enabling new employees to align effectively with KINFRA’s objectives.
